As the adventurers enter the next room, they appear to walk in on an argument between two dragons.
After listening for a few seconds it is made clear they are arguing on the best way to kill you... This is not good.
It appears, however, that since they are proud creatures that they will only fight you one at a time, with the other throwing the odd helping hand out while flying around, kind of like a tag-team match.. This could prove interesting!
Raid Setup (10 man):
1 Tank
3 Healers
Raid Setup (25 man):
1 Tank
6 Healers
18 DPS
Basically it starts with Valiona on the ground and Theralion in the air, after 90 seconds they switch andTheralion becomes the ground dragon and Valiona takes to the air. This setup lasts around 150 seconds then they switch again, and that alternates until the bosses die.
When Valiona is on the ground you need to be spread out and then group up whenever she casts Blackout, and then spread straight away again. This minimizes the damage you take from Theralion's Twilight Blasts.
However, when Theralion is on the ground you can either stay grouped to soak the damage or stay spread and be ready to move to anyone close to you that gets targeted by the meteor to minimize the damage you take from it.
For the purposes of this guide, Phase 1 will be when Valiona is on the ground and Theralion is in the air and Phase 2 when Theralion is on the ground and Valiona is in the air. These 2 phases are repeated at set durations until the bosses die.
While in the Air:
Meteor - Purple arrow above the targets head, does a large amount of damage split between everyone within 8 yards. Does about 120k damage on 10 man, so only need 2 people to absorb there, at least 5 on 25 man.
Deep Breath – everybody’s favourite! Similar to Felmyst’s, but without the mind control part. There are 3 different sections she flies over, you can see by watching her in the air, simply move to another section. Easy to avoid.
While on the Ground:
Blackout - Absorbs 20k (10 man) and 50k (25 man) healing. When it breaks it causes insanely high damage to everyone within 8 yards, but the damage is split. So group up fast, break the shield then spread out again.
Devouring Flames – Very, very large frontal cone breath attack. Has a few seconds cast time, so soon as she points and starts casting move out the way very fast (seriously this thing is like 1/2 the room in the direction she’s pointing).
While in the Air:
Twilight Blast - Random target spell, does at least 20k damage to everyone within 8 yards (not shared), so stay spread as much as you can.
Dazzling Destruction - Cast as he’s ending his air phase, spawns 3 large void zones that do damage if you stand in them and after 5-10 seconds or so shoots a blast into the center of them, insta-killing anyone still within the void zones.

While on the Ground:
Engulfing Magic - Put on a random target, mirrors all damage/healing you do as shadow damage to all allies within 10 yards. So move away from the group before doing anything!
Twilight flames - Spawns a twilight flame void zone which does decent damage if you stand in it, so when it spawns, move out!

The Fight:
Phase 1 (Duration 90 seconds):
Valiona is on the ground, Theralion in the air. This means you'll have to spread out for Twilight Blasts to save healers mana, and whenever Blackout is cast, everyone group up, break the shield instantly and spread out again as fast as possible. When she casts Devouring Flames, make sure not to be in front of the boss at all by the time the cast is finished. Just before the end of the phase, Theralion will cast Dazzling Destruction that spawns large spinning void zones that do some damage if you stand in them, and supposedly send you into the Twilight Realm (to do with Meta achievment, that’s its only purpose, not essential to kill the boss). Then after 5-10 seconds or so of the void zones, he shoots a blast into the center of them, insta-killing anyone still within the voidzones, and then proceeds to land as Valiona takes off (Queue Phase 2!).
Phase 2 (Duration 150 seconds):
So Theralion lands, Valiona takes off and they both switch to their second set of abilities. This means thatValiona will be targeting random people with Meteor, which puts a purple arrow over the targets head, signaling everyone to group up on them so thatthe damage can be shared and people won’t die. During this time Theralion will cast Engulfing Magic on random people, so they need to move away from the group as to not cause extra unnecessary damage. Every so often Theralion will cast Twilight flames on a random person, making a decent sized void zone around them. The damage isn’t too great but it’s recommended to mark someone for everyone to follow so any meteors that land during the position change won’t cause deaths. After about 120 seconds, Valiona will start casting Deep Breath, 3 in total, on the different sections (see pic below). Make sure you move to a safe section and have someone announcing where the breath will be in advance for the slow people. After 3 breaths, Valiona will land and Theralion will take off again (Queue Phase 1!). Rinse and repeat this until they die.
Another way to do Phase 2 is to just have everyone spread out and when someone is targeted by meteor, he goes to 1 other person (10 man) or 3-4 other people (25 man) to split the damage, as it won’t kill that many people. This means there is less moving as the fire doesn’t always spawn on the group, and the person that gets targeted by Engulfing Magic won’t have to move as far to get away from the group. Both ways have their ups and downs.
